BIA GV members are split across three different types: Builders/Developers, Trade Contractors, and Associates.
Builders/Developers
Single and multifamily home builders, custom or tract home builders, and planned community land developers.
Trade Contractors
Includes any licensed specialty contractors, general contractors, electricians, HVAC, landscape contractors, and plumbers to name a few.
Associate Members
Individuals, firms or corporations generating their livelihood through providing a product or service to the construction industry including accountants, attorneys, financial institutions, material suppliers, mortgage and title companies, and design, marketing & sales professionals.
